BRIO CHINOTTO

Brio is the unofficial chinotto drink of Eastern Canada, being produced mainly in Québec, but also in Ontario.
I import a bottle or two personally every time I get the chance.

Chinotto is a type of sour orange, but the Italian sodas derived therefrom rarely taste anything but “spiced”, without much hint of citrus.
Here is the Italian chinotto club, in case you want to join: XXXXX
Brio happens to be one of the best of the chinottos: Spicy and rich and just a little too sweet.

I shared this particular can with the only trustworthy Italian I know – who also happens to be a chinotto connoisseur.
