Valley of the Moon – “Natural Spring Water From Montana”

June 16, 2004

So, in short – I moved across the country,
and have been sick in bed ever since.
Related events? I don’t know yet.
Only expensive blood tests will tell, apparently.
Thanks for all the emails and inquiries!

Anyway, as I was driving from west to east,
I drank a few caffeinated beverages before I got sick of that weak shit
and started taking Vivarin. LOTS of Vivarin.
I had to wash the pills down with something –
so I bought bottled water along the way.
I always try to get the ‘local’ bottled water, rather than the
Coca-Cola distributed variety.

Just before dawn on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation the busiest place in town is the gas station. Everyone drives a mid-70s pickup truck, and the scenery is astounding. And VAST.
This particular Nation was lucky enough to be (re)located along the majestic Eastern slopes of the Continental Divide.
Summer or not – it was fucking freezing.
I bought this water here:

I think that photo says it all.
