FROM THE VAULT: Sahra Pomegranate Juice – “Bling Bling”

So… I have no explanation for this. How some Azeri pomegranate juice came to (mis)appropriate circa-1990s hiphop terminology, I just cannot say.

Nevermind the romantic metaphorical use of ‘golden’ to describe what is almost invariably a red fruit. “Bling Bling – Not from concentrate“. It haunts me!

    I’ve been looking for this pomegranate juice for a long time. I used to buy it from my local grocer a few years ago, but am having incredible difficulty finding it now. Does anyone know?

      i don’t think they make this juice any more. it was owned (and produced?) by some strange iranian man in ontario. he has since moved on to other foods distribution i guess.

          I can’t speak to any of the above, but I will say that my bottle was in THE VAULT (note post title) and very nearly expired – so a couple years old.
